Terms Of Service:

> If you see ANYONE with a name similar to me, report their account. My name will ALWAYS be Vasuki Die Natter, nothing else. ALWAYS check the username on discord if it doesnt say "vasukidienatter" IT IS NOT ME.
> I reserve the right to decline any commission I do not feel comfortable doing.
> General avatar TOS still apply here, both parties must own the model/assets used in the commission. If I do not own an asset or model the price of the model/asset will be included in the commission price.
> Prices of my commissions can vary based on the complexity of the commission and if a ref sheet is provided or not.
> The prices listed in "Commission Prices" are base prices, adding toggles, extra assets or complex features will add on to the price.
> If you are interested in any NSFW additions to your avatar you MUST provide me with a VALID ID that shows your Date Of Birth. If I am not provided with a valid ID or none at all I have every right to deny you of an NSFW commission, you may still commission me it just cannot have any NSFW components.
> Almost all of my works requires at LEAST basic unity/blender knowledge. If you tell me you know how to do something when you dont, that is not my fault and refund will not be applicable.
> I am neurodivergent and can sometimes take longer. Please be patient with me!
> I now charge a fee for commissions for FOXIPAW models! I do not want to support them as I do not agree with the things she has done. If you are dead set on one of her avis you will need to pay a $15 fee. If you wish to see evidence please dm me on discord.

Commission Prices/Info:

Base Prices:

> Retexture Of Base Model- $35+
Furbrush + $15

-This does NOT include the model unless Unity package set up is requested (+$15). It will be a simple retexture based on the commissoner's request. This will include a zip file with the a folder containing the 4k PNG textures. This does NOT include the SPP file, it can be requested for a price but can also be turned down. (you can request it be sent a different way)

> Advanced/Complex Texture Work/Details- $75+
Furbrush + $15

-This does NOT include the model unless Unity package set up is requested (+$15). This will include a complex texture and shaders. You will receive this via email/google drive with a zip file containing the project and Unity package. This does NOT include the SPP file, it can be requested for a price but can also be turned down. If requested I can upload it to your account if needed. ($5 Fee) (you can request it be sent different a way)

Blender Prices/Info:

Base Refit Prices:
Base refits start at $3 per item of clothing. 5 items of clothing would be $15.
Depending on complexity it can go up or down. Example: Dresses could be up to $10, pasties would be $1.

Base Weight Prices:
Base weighting starts at $5 per item of clothing.
Depending on complexity it can go up or down. Example: Dresses could be up to $20, pasties would be $1.

You May Still Commission Me For A Model That Is Not Listed Here, The Price For The Model Will Be Added Onto The Commission Price.

Payment Process:

I Use PayPal Mainly For Transactions. I Will Still Try To Work With You If Something Else Works Better For You.

> I will require a down payment of half of the commission price given if the price is over $60. This is non-negotiable, this is to protect both parties. Though you can still choose to pay in full.
> If something comes up and the commissioner backs out before work is started the down payment will be sent back. (Note: because PayPal has a fee for transactions the down payment will be sent back minus the fee from PayPal.)
> If something comes up and the commissioner backs out while the commission is being worked on the commission will be cancelled and the down payment will not be given back. No progress will be made after the commission has been cancelled. You may commission me to finish it again at a later date but it will still cost you.
> Once the Commission is complete, the other half of the down payment must be sent before I will send/upload the files. This is non-negotiable.

Avatar Changes After Completion/Fixes:

You Will Have 30 Days to contact me if there are changes you would like done and or fixes to the avatar.

> You may still contact me after the 30 days if you want something changed or added but it will cost you depending on what it is.
> You may request a change to the avatar but If you want something more complicated changed or added to the avatar you will be charged accordingly. Examples being: Big texture changes, toggles being added, assets being changed/added etc.
> If you find a problem with animations, gestures, broken toggles etc. contact me immediately and I'll fix it. If you discover the problem after the 30 days, I will fix it for a small fee.
